What is this site for?

This site intended to help people to figure out what kind of knife they need. It is not intended to sell anything or help other people to sell any thing. This site is ment as a public survice to help people who have questions about what type of knife might be most sutiable for their needs. Links to sites that do sell the knives profiled here are provided, but they are solely for the convience of the users of this site and should not be concidered the only place to obtain a particular knife, nor an endorcement of any seller over any other seller. Thy are the sites where I first happened to find that particular kinfe first. This site is in no way affiliated with any commercial site or entity. Any statements by any commercial site claimming such an affiliation shold be considered false unless otherwise noted here, and should be reported. Any changes to this or any other policy of this site will first be posted in the news box.

Why am I doing this?

I needed a project. So I started thinking about when I worked at a knife shope. I remembered that many of the people who came in had no idea what they were looking for, or even where to start. Especilly people who were buying knives other people. That got me thinking that if there was somewhere people could go to narrow down their search before they left the house it would make the process more pleasant for everyone. That lead to the idea for this site. This site is a work in progress and always will be. It will be upgraded and up dated as my skills in web design emprove. All updates will first be posted in the news box below.
